Meeting Planner Benefits:
With our internet-based housing system, planners have the ability to access real time reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Meeting Planners can provide their VIP / Staff / Board rooming lists to the housing department to enter or have these individuals book their own reservations on-line! Sub-blocks are accessed through a password issued by the meeting planner.
Create a custom page leading into the program, complete with a listing of all participating hotels with photos; or a welcome to their attendees.
Survey capabilities - VISIT Milwaukee will work with the planner to create custom inquiries. Example - If we held a golf outing, would you want to participate? *
Meeting Planners can tie event registration in with hotel bookings.*
Planners receive an accurate pick-up report at cut-off.

Attendee Benefits:
Attendees may book their hotel reservation through on-line bookings (via the internet), the housing 800#, or housing forms faxed or mailed.
Acknowledgements/confirmations via fax/email will be sent within two business days of booking and mailed in forms will receive acknowledgements via 1st class mail within 5-7 business days following receipt.
