• Site inspection and trip planning
• Pre-convention and/or post-convention meeting scheduling and planning
• Electronic signage: various signs in the Greater Milwaukee area are available to greet and welcome your attendees
• Street pole banners: we can hang up to 15 banners along Wisconsin Avenue and 4th Street to promote your event while it’s happening. (fee dependent on size of group)
• Welcome ribbons: worn by front-line hotel staff (fee dependent on size of group)
• Evening programs/events and spousal events
• Promotional methods, materials and publications to pre-promote Milwaukee as your future destination
• Convention Services Management staff to assist you in locating event resources, services, or products in the Greater Milwaukee area
• On-site distribution of complimentary Milwaukee information
• Convention alert sent out to VISIT Milwaukee member businesses
• Personalized welcome letter from Milwaukee's Mayor and VISIT Milwaukee’s President
• Color slides or electronic images of Greater Milwaukee and its attractions
• Pre-written descriptive copy on Milwaukee for your promotional needs
• Media kits, containing: information on the Delta Center; local, regional and/or national media contacts on disc or labels; and information on Milwaukee's history, attractions, culture, dining and entertainment options
• VISIT Milwaukee Convention Customer Service Representatives, providing convention and registration assistance including registration staffing, cashiers, visitor information, Dine-Around service, transportation coordination and more
• 300+ trained volunteers to assist our clients with a variety of services such as meet-and-greets, registration bags, tour guides and more
