International Cheese Technology Expo convenes April 10-12
2,000 from cheese industry expected
MILWAUKEE – April 9, 2012 – Dairy manufacturers and suppliers from around the world will convene at the Frontier Airlines Center for the International Cheese Technology Exposition (ICTE) from April 10-12. Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, the expo is the largest gathering devoted solely to the multi-billion dollar market for cheese and related dairy products.
Among the topics to be addressed at the conference are the technological challenges of yeasts, molds and whey, the future of the cheese industry, dairy policy reform, the global cheese market and waste to energy solutions.
More than 240 companies will be exhibiting, many with large dairy and cheese-making equipment.
