CELEBRATE MILWAUKEE DAY (4/14)

On April 14 – Milwaukee’s 414 area code – Milwaukeeans celebrate the people, places, and spirit that make the city unique. Whether you’re a 414 resident for life or just happen to be in town on this most auspicious day, it’s the perfect excuse to do something uniquely Milwaukee! These 14 activities are also great ways to keep the Milwaukee Day spirit alive all year long.
 

14 Things To Do in the 414

  1. Stroll along The Milwaukee RiverWalk. Say hello to the Bronze Fonz and Gertie the Duck!

  2. Watch a light show on the Hoan Bridge.

  3. Start your day with a cup of local coffee.

  4. Get a Milwaukee food hall meal that includes products from at least two vendors.

  5. Dive into Milwaukee history at local museums.

  6. Watch the wings on the Milwaukee Art Museum open, flap, or close.

  7. Try cheese curds somewhere new. Squeaky fresh and deep fried are both acceptable!
