Enjoy lunch and shopping at Glorioso's Italian Market. Milwaukee’s premier Italian grocery has been family-owned and operated since 1946.

Tour the Grohmann Museum which houses the 1,100 European and American paintings and sculptures (1580-present) in the Man at Work Collection, the world’s most comprehensive collection documenting the evolution of organized work.

Dine on classic Italian favorites at Onesto.

Cheer on the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks as they take the home court. A new state-of-the-art arena, the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center, will open in 2018. Be one of the first groups to see the Bucks in their new home.

9:00 AM

Milwaukee is full of history, traditions, vintage architecture and entertainment that span more than 100 years. Learn more about the city’s history with a step-on tour from Historic Milwaukee.

Set inside an elegant 1911 Tudor-style mansion, Charles Allis Art Museum features period rooms, original furnishings and worldwide art collection spanning 2,000 years.

12:00 PM

Just up the road is sister museum Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, a magnificent 1923 Italian Renaissance-style villa with tiered formal gardens overlooking Lake Michigan.

1:15 PM

Lunch on homemade Wisconsin favorites and craft brews at Lakefront Brewery Beer Hall.

2:30 PM

Visit Great Lakes Distillery, Wisconsin’s first distillery since Prohibition, to sample award-winning spirits like Roaring Dan’s Rum and Kinnickinnic Whiskey.

3:30 PM

Tour Milwaukee’s largest church and a beloved historical landmark, the Basilica of St. Josaphat. Built in 1901 by immigrants and craftsmen with materials from a demolished Chicago post office, the Basilica was designed after St. Peter’s in Rome.

5:00 PM

Have dinner at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. There are seven on-site restaurants to choose from, as well as high-stakes bingo, over 100 table games, over 3,000 slot machines, and a 20-table Poker Room.

7:30 PM

Attend a performance by Skylight Music Theatre at the Broadway Theatre Center. This local company is known for an adventurous repertoire including classic operas (in English), Gilbert & Sullivan, American musicals, and more.

Day 3

 

9:00 AM

Start your day in charming Cedarburg at the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts. See the best in quilts, traditional needle arts and contemporary fiber arts on a historic 1850s farm site.

11:00 AM

Travel north to Museum of Wisconsin Art, one of the nation’s top regional art museums and the primary venue for the exhibition of historic and contemporary Wisconsin art.

1:00 PM

The Bavarian Bierhaus is a craft brewery, beer hall and beer garden all in one. Experience Milwaukee’s German hospitality while lunching on Bavarian and American favorites.

3:00 PM

Just south of Milwaukee, your group can explore Kenosha, another community on the shore of Lake Michigan home to museums, festivals and outlet shopping.

4:45 PM

In Kenosha, take a sweet trip to the Jelly Belly Visitor Center. Get on board the Jelly Belly Express Train for a tour of the Jelly Belly warehouse and a video presentation on the secrets of making Jelly Belly jelly beans.

7:00 PM

A perennial group favorite, The Fireside Dinner Theatre features Broadway favorites and original revues alongside award-winning dining. Before the show, explore the unique treasures for sale at three permanent on-site gift shops.
