What are the Wisconsin Center Guidelines?

What is the gating criteria for the city's phased implementation?

Gating Criteria will be updated daily and assessed together every 7 days. If the levels meet predetermined targets, the Mayor and Commissioner of Health will assess the ability to move to the next phase as defined in the Moving Milwaukee Forward plan. The following measures are the Gating Criteria: number of cases, testing, hospital capacity, adequate PPE supply, and tracing capabilities. 

What safety precautions are local businesses, including attractions, implementing to promote safety?

Local businesses and attractions are required to abide by the current gathering size limits, monitor physical distancing, and adhere to protective measure requirements including the ban on any self-service food operations. All establishments are to also abide by the safe business practices located within Order #4. 

Will the setup and flow of my event need to change due to COVID-19 and CDC safety guidelines?

Depending upon the location of your event, the flow may shift based upon the current state and local health department guidelines. 

What should I do if I need assistance with virtual and/or hybrid meetings?

Our Event Experience team will be happy to assist in all components of your event. Please contact your assigned event experience concierge for more information. We have a list of local vendors ready to help with your virtual needs. 

What is currently open in Milwaukee for families and groups to enjoy?

As museums and attractions slowly begin to reopen, there is still plenty for you and your family to enjoy! You don’t need to head into the wilderness for outdoor adventure. You just need one of the world’s largest freshwater lakes, over a hundred miles of multi-use trails, and year-round outdoor recreation facilities – it’s all right here in Milwaukee.
