A 33 year old cooperative contemporary art gallery features local, regional, and national artists in all media including photography, painting, sculpture, mixed media, printmaking. Artists members are Judith Hooks, Bernie Newman, Carole Glass, Marie Mellott, Jan Jahnke and others. Exhibits change every 6-8 weeks. A favorite choice for gallery night hoppers, local live jazz is featured by Elevator Trio and String theory. After residing in Walker's Point for its first 14 years, the gallery relocated to the Historic Third Ward, Marshall Building. The gallery is also available for private event rentals and group tours. Gallery hours are Saturdays Noon-5 p.m. and by appointment. Also open special hours during Gallery Night and Day, and other special events like Doors Open, the Third Ward Art Fair, Small Business Saturday and Christmas in the Ward.
