Internationally renowned Music Festival featuring concert pianists, May 27–June 2.

Overview

The PianoArts 2020 International Music Festival, May 27-June 2, will feature ten of North America's finest pianists, ages 16-21, selected by a distinguished jury panel to perform with members of the Milwaukee Symphony and compete for over $30,000 in prizes plus future performance opportunities. Also performing in the festival will be up to fourteen internationally acclaimed concert pianists, violinists, and cellists. Competitors will perform solo and chamber music recitals at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. The final concerto round with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and guest artist recitals will be performed at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts. Other festival events include meet-the-artist receptions, backstage interviews with the rising stars, lectures and seminars presented by prestigious music professionals, and master classes by the renowned members of the jury.
