Founded in 2016 in historic Cedarburg, WI, The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room proudly serves 24 beers on tap, including at least a few unique machinations from the mind of the head brewer. Our kitchen features locally sourced pizzas, gourmet hot dogs, and appetizers. The patio has ample seating and green space. We are known for our flagship brew Juice Packets, found across Wisconsin and now in Minnesota in cans and on draft.
