Tosa Farmers Market

In summer, you can’t miss the Tosa Farmers Market, held each Saturday morning through summer and early autumn. This volunteer-run, open-air market has become a cornerstone of the Tosa community, providing locally grown produce and artisan local food as well as fun community events like yoga, music and cooking lessons.

East Tosa Gran Prix

Another summer must is the East Tosa Gran Prix bike race, one of the largest competitive cycling events in the country, drawing 10,000 or more spectators. Local North Avenue businesses in East Tosa build a street festival with food and music around the race.

The Firefly Art Fair is one of the premier outdoor art festivals in Milwaukee. Over 90 juried artists representing an eclectic array of art from a variety of media are on display.

Winter & Spring Festivities

Winter, of course, brings holiday fun! Join in the celebration at the annual tree lighting in The Village.

Once spring comes around again, get out there for the Blarney Run/Walk to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Support the Wauwatosa Historical Society by doing the 5K run or 2-mile walk as bagpipes cheer you on. Have little ones with you? The ¼-mile “Twinkle Trot” is perfect for kids 10 and under!
