For 2025, 2026, 2027 & 2028 Meetings

Earn $1.00 for every room night you book in Milwaukee, with the chance to earn thousands! 

Book your program at Baird Center utilizing Hilton Milwaukee City Center and/or Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, and earn $1.00 per room night from each hotel. It’s simple -- book 700 room nights, get $700; book 7,000 room nights, get $7,000. Your group wins and YOU win!

Meetings must consist of at least 300 room nights on peak and actualize during the following time periods:

• 2025 – February, April, October, December
• 2026 – February, October, December
• 2027 – April, June, August, September
• 2028 – May, June, September

Valid for new meetings with RFPs received after January 1, 2024, with contracts fully executed by December 31, 2024. RFP must be submitted to VISIT Milwaukee and program must be held at Baird Center utilizing either the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and/or the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee for guestrooms. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply.
