The Snap-on Milwaukee Mile 250s is a premier event in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, held at the historic Milwaukee Mile located within Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin. The 2024 event marked INDYCAR's return to Milwaukee after a hiatus since 2015, featuring the first-ever doubleheader at this venue.
The 2024 event spanned from Friday, August 30, to Sunday, September 1, offering a weekend filled with high-speed action and entertainment. The schedule included practice sessions on Friday, followed by full points-paying NTT INDYCAR SERIES races on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's race was streamed live exclusively on Peacock at 5:00 PM CT, while Sunday's race was broadcast live on USA Network beginning at 1:30 PM CT. Both races were also available on the INDYCAR Radio Network via SiriusXM Radio Channel 218.
The Milwaukee Mile, renowned for its 9-degree banking turns, offers a unique racing experience that combines the challenges of both oval and road course tracks. This distinctive layout has been a staple in American motorsports since its opening in 1903, making it the oldest operating motor speedway in the world.
