Brewed in the Good Land


Milwaukee Made celebrates Milwaukeeans and the places and experiences throughout the city that have inspired them to chase their dreams. This video series tells the stories of the impact Milwaukee makes on the lives of locals who have gone on to achieve incredible things around the country. Through this video series, VISIT Milwaukee highlights the beautifully collaborative community found throughout the city and the opportunities to make a mark in the Milwaukee community throughout a wide variety of industries. Each person featured in Milwaukee Made has either grown up in the Greater Milwaukee area or lived in the area during a pivotal point during their remarkable career as they share how the city positively impacted their lives.

Representing a unique story, individual or pathway that helped propel these locals to achieve their goals, every video shares a new perspective on what makes the Good Land special to these prominent locals. Spanning the city’s diverse set of 191 neighborhoods, countless businesses and the many attractions that make Milwaukee unique. Through elevating the perspectives of locals who love the city, the series tells the complete story of Milwaukee and the experiences that help make living in the Gathering Place special.

Grace Weber

Grace Weber is an American R&B singer, songwriter and producer from Wauwatosa. Over her career, she has written for and collaborated with artists such as Chance the Rapper, Masego, Vic Mensa, Francis and the Lights, Westside Boogie and Towkio, as well as winning a Grammy Award. Grace Weber's soul-stirring vocals and captivating stage presence have garnered praise from fans and critics alike, solidifying her position as one of R&B's most promising talents.

Learic Davis

As a prep athlete at Bradley Tech in Milwaukee, Davis was a two-time First-Team All-City Conference player and helped the Trojans win the City Conference title for the first time since 2005. A Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Division 1 All-State honoree, he became Tech's first City Player of the Year since 1983 and was a McDonald's All-America nominee. Learic is well-known for his dunking ability, having made ESPN's Top 10 on SportsCenter as a high school athlete. Learic joins the Panthers following a redshirt season at Tennessee State and is excited to play for his hometown team.
