Bed and Breakfast of the Damned

Oct. 25 - Nov. 7 | Broadway Theatre Center

Check in to a play about riding out a zombie apocalypse while enjoying the luxuries of a pug-themed bed and breakfast. Welcome to the world premiere of “Bed and Breakfast of the Damned,” staged by The Constructivists. Between zombie attacks, slamming doors and secrets seeing daylight, this show will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Oct. 19 - Nov. 9 | Renaissance Theaterworks

Speaking of a thriller, Joanna Murray-Smith’s “Switzerland” sweeps into Renaissance Theaterworks with a blustery wind. Set in a cabin in the Swiss Alps, an award-winning mystery writer seals herself away to finish her latest work. That is, until a mysterious young man knocks on her door. Wizard of Oz in Concert: Film with Orchestra

Nov. 7 - 9 | Bradley Symphony Center

Catch Glinda the Good, the Wicked Witch of the West, Dorothy and all of her friends at the Bradley Symphony Center, and experience the score performed live in concert by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra as it overlaps the classic 1939 film. Venture back to Oz for a new version of the story before the latest installation of “Wicked” hits theaters on November 21st, at a theater near you.

Nov. 14-30 | Broadway Theatre Center

November in Milwaukee is a mystery buff’s favorite time of year, with another suspenseful show taking the stage. Milwaukee Chamber Theatre’s “MURDER GIRL” takes you to a small-town supper club where everyone knows each other a little too well. When major secrets surrounding the diner are leaked, the residents of Northwoods must learn where loyalties lie, and fast. Don’t miss a single twist in the action of this play.

 

It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play

Oct. 31 - Dec. 21 | Stackner Cabaret 

Experience this holiday favorite in Milwaukee Rep’s intimate and immersive Stackner Cabaret. This uplifting, heartwarming and retro rendition blends music, hilarity and Christmas spirit into a wonderful show. Catch this show anytime from November and into December.

Come From Away

This Tony Award-winning musical has been captivating audiences for almost a decade. “Come From Away” tells the true story of 7,000 passengers whose planes were diverted in the wake of 9/11 and the Newfoundland small town that welcomes them in. Described as a “celebration of the best of humankind,” this show is a must-see. Plus, this show will be the first to grace the stage of Milwaukee Rep’s newly built Checota Powerhouse Theater.
