Milwaukee’s stages are set for a citywide celebration as Milwaukee Theater Week returns Oct. 9-18, 2026, bringing 10 days of performances, special events, collaborations and ticket offers to venues across the Milwaukee Theater District.
From musicals, plays and classical concerts to comedy, live music and family-friendly performances, Theater Week gives audiences a reason to experience Milwaukee’s performing arts scene from every angle. This year’s celebration also extends beyond the stage with new partnerships, pop-up experiences, special offers and a few surprises still waiting in the wings.
“Milwaukee knows how to put on a show, and Theater Week gives visitors and locals even more reasons to take a seat,” said Joshua Albrecht, chief marketing officer at Visit Milwaukee. “From surprise performances to a night at one of our iconic theaters, this is a chance to experience the people, places and performances that make Milwaukee’s arts scene so special.”
