Visit Milwaukee is proud to partner with Milwaukee Brewers All-Star outfielder Christian Yelich and the Yelich family on the fourth annual “Home Plate” Charity Concert, presented by American Family Insurance, on May 21, 2026, at Landmark Credit Union Live, Milwaukee’s newest music venue.

In celebration of Milwaukee’s 414 Day, fans can access a limited-time ticket promotion tied to the event. On April 14 only, attendees can receive $14 off tickets using promo code YELI414. The offer is valid for only 24 hours, so fans are encouraged to act quickly.
Blending live music, local flavor and philanthropy, the event delivers a thrilling evening experience that brings together Brewers players, acclaimed chefs and nationally recognized entertainers, all in support of charitable organizations across the greater Milwaukee area.
The evening begins at 4:30 p.m. with an exclusive VIP reception at the Trade Hotel’s Founders Ballroom. Limited to 300 guests, the reception features a “Taste of Milwaukee” culinary experience led by Chef Adam Pawlak, with participating restaurants including Egg & Flour Pasta Bar, Black Shoe Hospitality, Birch, Sanford, La Dama, Modern Maki, The Trade Hotel and Aggie’s Bakery. Guests will also enjoy an open bar, games and activities, a silent auction and appearances from Brewers players and coaches.
At 6:50 p.m., the concert opens at Landmark Credit Union Live with performances by The Nicotine Dolls, followed by Isaac Slade, former lead singer of The Fray.

The main program begins at 8:15 p.m., hosted by Milwaukee native Charlie Berens, and includes a comedy performance and a live auction. Country star Jake Owen will headline the evening with a special performance beginning at 8:30 p.m. The program concludes with closing remarks from Christian Yelich at 10 p.m.
Following the concert, guests are invited to an after-party from 10 p.m. to midnight at the Trade Hotel’s Founders Ballroom, featuring music, late-night food and drinks, along with exclusive event gift bag pickup.
Proceeds from the 2026 Home Plate Charity Concert will benefit several charitable organizations across the greater Milwaukee area, including Visit Milwaukee’s Foundation, which raises funds for hospitality scholarship and emergency relief micro-grants for hospitality businesses; the Brewers Community Foundation; Milwaukee Public Library Foundation; Heartland Farm Sanctuary; Sojourner Family Peace Center and Cooking for Kids.
