March has enough madness. So, each March, Tosa Restaurant Week swoops to the rescue with ten days of discounts and deals to help you save more and stress less. What’s for dinner? Where should I go for happy hour? Do I deserve a sweet treat? Ask, and the restaurant week provides.

From March 19 to 28, this ten-day celebration of Wauwatosa’s culinary scene brings so many discounts and deals at local bars and restaurants that you might not know where to start. Don’t panic! Follow our daily guide to deliciousness, taking you on a tour of some of Tosa’s top restaurants during each day of Tosa Restaurant Week. Here’s where you should go.

An elegant, warmly lit bar and café with ornate woodwork and chandeliers, filled with people socializing at tables and the bar. A small band performs on a raised stage at the back of the room. Patrons chat, drink, and enjoy the lively atmosphere, with exposed brick walls and vintage décor adding to the cozy ambiance.

Day 1

Vendetta Coffee Bar - Wauwatosa

Free Pastry with Seasonal Drink

It’s basically a complete breakfast for the price of a cup of coffee. Start the week off strong at this beautiful coffee bar in the Tosa village. Order a seasonal drink and get one of Vendetta’s imported Italian pastries for free. Sip and relax as you watch the sunlight stream through the stained-glass windows or take it to go. Either way, it’ll have you ready to take on the day.

Day 2

Ferch’s Crafthouse Grille

$10 Burger & Beer Special

The perfect pair for a price that can’t be beat. March Madness has its own dream teams, but none of them have anything on this dynamic duo. Catch the games with a burger, one of dozens of beers on tap, and Ferch’s signature tots or fries for just $10. Available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. during Tosa Restaurant Week, you can stop in for a weekend lunch or the ideal meal to unwind on a weeknight.

Day 3

BelAir Cantina Wauwatosa

$5 Cinco Margaritas

Cinco de Mayo may be a few months away, but that won’t stop us from sipping a Cinco Margarita at BelAir’s Wauwatosa location for just $5. While the chilly temps of early spring seem to be sticking around for just a while longer, you can soak up a little bit of summer, one sip at a time, with some tacos and a side of chips to boot.

Exterior of Ca’Lucchenzo Pastificio & Enoteca, a light brick neighborhood restaurant with coral colored trim, tall second-floor windows and a large Pastificio & Enoteca sign above the storefront entrance.

Day 4

Ca’Lucchenzo Pastificio & Enoteca

$65 Four-course Pre Fixe Menu

Get a taste of James Beard-recognized excellence for less with this four-course pre fixe menu. Ca’Lucchenzo Chef Zak Baker was named one of the semifinalists for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: Midwest award. Get a taste for what all the buzz is about with this luxurious four-course meal for just $65.

Day 5

Buckatabon Tavern

BOGO Buckatabon Old Fashioned

What’s a night out at a Wisconsin supper club without an Old Fashioned (or two)? Swing by Buckatabon for a take on local staples, with dishes like Cajun-fried perch, the Northwoods Lux (a 21-day dry-aged burger) and, of course, the ever-popular Friday fish fry. Pair it with an Old Fashioned and get another to share (or a second for you, we won’t judge).

Day 6

Maggio’s Wood Fired Pizza

$45 for Two Pizzas, an Appetizer and a Bottle of House Wine

Maggio’s is giving you a pizza night for the right price, with two pizzas, an appetizer and a bottle of house wine for just $45. It’s a deal where everyone gets what they want. Choose from meatballs to cheese bread to a salad for an appetizer. Then, pick two 10” pies, with everything from classic slices of pepperoni and cheese to curious culinary creations like the jerk chicken and fig and prosciutto. Wash it all down with a bottle of house wine, and you’ve got a great night out.

A pint glass of amber beer from Gathering Place Brewing Company sits on a polished wooden table, with a warmly lit taproom and blurred patrons in the background.

Day 7

Gathering Place Brewing Company

$9 Flights

Why try one beer when you can sample four? Your Tosa Restaurant Week takes flight with Gathering Place Brewing Company’s sampler for just $9. Travel the world from the “world’s smallest beer museum,” as you sip different styles from around the globe.

Day 8

Ono Kine Grindz

20% off King Kamehameha Dinner

For Hawaiian vibes in the heart of Wauwatosa, look no further than Ono Kine Grindz and their massive meal deal. Serving two to four people, the King Kamehameha meal boasts 11 different dishes in one, with everything you need to feed a whole group. There’s ahi poke, pork potstickers, Redondo’s Portuguese sausage, bulgogi beef, garlic shrimp, Kalua pig and so much more for just $63.

Day 9

Leff’s Lucky Town

During Tosa Restaurant Week, you can take advantage of this Leff’s deal for a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée. Go spicy with a hot house chicken sandwich and sriracha bites, bold with haystack onions and a Reuben, or classic with cheese curds and a burger.

Joy Ice Cream

Day 10

Joy Ice Cream Social

$20 Take Home Sundae Kit & Free Scoop

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Joy Ice Cream Social. This deal has something for the whole crew, with a little something in it for you, too. Take your pick of two pints from the award-winning This #&@! Just Got Serious (Caramel ice cream with sea salt fudge and salted cashews) to the seasonally appropriate Munchie Madness (Cake batter ice cream with salted caramel, Oreos, M&M pieces and peanut butter cups). Pair that with four cones and four toppings to make a sundae bar at home, and to keep you from digging in on your way home, Joy Ice Cream Social will treat you to a scoop while you’re in the store.
