There’s a lot of new energy around the Milwaukee Bucks right now. After 13 years of perennial MVP play, the team features a totally revamped roster full of young talent and a head coach who knows how to build a culture centered on hard-nosed defense and toughness. It’s a new era of Bucks basketball in Milwaukee, and the earlier this week, the team showed off what’s new off the court.

 

The starting five might look different inside of Fiserv Forum this season, and so will the offerings at vendors all over the stadium, with new food and beverage offerings for the 2026-27 season. Here’s a taste of what you can find before the game tips off this year.

Food

  • Pritzlaff Meats: a Wisconsin-based provider of fine meats and the Official Premium Meat Partner of the Bucks and Fiserv Forum, will bring its high-quality, USDA-inspected meats, including Midwest-raised beef and pork, ethically raised veal from family farms and world-class Colorado lamb, to Fiserv Forum. Pritzlaff meats will be available for premium guests on the suites menu and at the carving station in the BMO Club.
     
  • Mezzanine Club: New offerings in the Mezzanine Club include a French onion burger, Reuben sandwich and campfire funnel fries, which are funnel cake fries topped with marshmallow crème, chocolate sauce, cinnamon sugar and mini marshmallows.
     
  • Palermo’s Pizza: Palermo’s Pizza will have three brand-new stands inside Fiserv Forum serving Palermo’s Roman Style Crust pizza at Sections 108, 119 and 224.
     
  • The Cluckery: A new spicy chicken sandwich will be available at The Cluckery stands at Sections 115 and 220. The stand at Section 115 will also serve new King’s Hawaiian churro bites.
     
  • Johnsonville: The Johnsonville stand at Section 118 will serve new half-court smash tacos.
     
  • Mecca Burger Bar: The Mecca Burger Bar will add a Cream City smash burger to its stands at Sections 106 and 116.
     
  • Smoke Stack: A new brisket elote will be available at the Smoke Stack stand at Section 122.
     
  • The Spot: The Spot will add cheesecake parfaits in two flavors – strawberry and turtle – to its stand at Section 104.
     
  • Spuds: A new BBQ pork baked potato will be available at the Spuds stand at Section 207.

Beverage

  • Bars throughout Fiserv Forum will serve NUTRL Hard Seltzers, Hoop Tea Spiked Iced Tea and a full lineup of beers from Anheuser-Busch.
