As the Admirals gear up for another season of hockey in Milwaukee and look to renew their chase for the Calder Cup with the team’s home opener on October 19, we’ve got some exciting news! Visit Milwaukee, in partnership with the Milwaukee Admirals, collabed to create a warmup jersey for the 2024-25 season that embodies the heartbeat of the city. Launched on October 17, the Visit Milwaukee X Milwaukee Admirals collab embodies the spirit of the city.
The new warmup jersey is fresh and flavor-forward. It is truly and unabashedly Milwaukee—and a love letter to the fans who call the city home—down to the finest detail. It’s the heartbeat of the city and the three rivers that run through it. It’s the people and places that make Milwaukee such a special place to live, work and visit. And it’s the thousand fans who gather in a celebratory spirit, joining—together, in one voice in support of the team that calls our city home: The Milwaukee Admirals.
Each element of this warmup jersey was meticulously designed to couple the spirit of Milwaukee with the storied history of the Milwaukee Admirals organization. Borrowing from the Visit Milwaukee brand, the Cream City cream-colored kit with navy (Great Lake), teal (Bravado), gold (Lager) and sky blue (Clear Skies) accents are all subtle nods to the city’s natural splendor, the industries that have helped build Milwaukee and the feeling you get when you’re here.
The focal point of the kit is the Visit Milwaukee mark, The Flow. Born from the feedback of more than a thousand local Milwaukeeans, this is a brand built for the people, by the people. The logo is comprised of three interlocking lines, each representing an essential element of Milwaukee. The top line stands for Milwaukee’s heartbeat and the vibrant energy that pulses throughout the city. The middle line celebrates our water: our Lake Michigan coastline, and also the rivers that wind throughout our community and act as a perpetual source of innovation and inspiration. And the third line represents diversity. The magic of Milwaukee isn’t rooted in any particular landmark or tourist attraction but in the combined strength of every person and culture represented here.
The Flow is incorporated throughout the warmup, enhancing the jerseys with fine details while accenting the Admirals brand that fans know and love. It is emblazoned on the Admiral’s hat, along with a chest patch, shoulder patch and center neck emblem.
But the real beauty of this warmup is in the details. Across the base of the jersey and around both sleeves is The Flow Connected, a pattern of interconnected logos designed to resemble a Harley-Davidson tread to give the jersey a little added Milwaukee flair. Finally, The Flow Connected runs along the inner neckline of the warmup, a nod to the club’s NHL affiliate, the Nashville Predators, and their signature piano keys celebrating the city’s music history on their jerseys.
The collaboration is set to run for the 2024-25 season with 33 away games and 12 opponents, including the cities of:
